We offer tracking for all orders. Tracking will be available via email or contact information as soon as your product is shipped.
I entered the wrong address, what do I do?
If you misspelled or filled in your address incorrectly, simply reply to the order confirmation email and provide the correct information. Notify us immediately at service@vezzyworld.com. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for the cancellation to take effect. If the item has already shipped, please email service@vezzyworld. Simply send us an email with the subject "CANCEL."
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We ship all items with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that about 1 in every 1,000 products arrives damaged due to mishandling by the postal service.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:

- A photo of the damaged product.
Upon receipt, we will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.
